The Cherry Tree is a family run business based in the West Country. Since 1997 we have been dedicated to producing the highest quality Pickles, Chutneys, Jams, Curds and Preserves for you to indulge in and enjoy.

Produced in the western county of Devon from local ingredients, this family business started in 1949.

David’s grandfather planted the very first blueberries in the UK back in 1949

The company was founded off of a post war article that David’s grandfather responded to in The Grower magazine that was offering 100 free blueberry plants from Lulu Island, British Columbia. It is an amazing story an exactly the type of producer we want to highlight in the Borough Box.

The range has expanded quite significantly since 1949 include a huge range of delicious artisan preserves for you to enjoy.
