Spice Mountain owner Magali Russie sources her spices direct from producers wherever is possible. This includes spice plantations in Goa and Kerala as well as vanilla farms in Mauritius and saffron producers in Spain and Kashmir.
there are a wide range of offerings and we’ll be looking to bring you some traditional and some challenging spices in the Borough Box. The offerings will range from the familiar and everyday to real rarities such as Australian wattleseed – the toasted seeds of the acacia tree, used in traditional Aboriginal cooking.
