Last night we went down to Serious Pig HQ in Peckham for their official launch party. There was a generous supply of booze from BrewDog coupled by what seemed like endless amounts of tasty cheese and charcuterie thanks to The Charcuterie Board.
Here are some highlights…
The charcuterie bar (which also happens to be the location where Serious Pig’s backroom operations are based) is now open to the public, serving up the finest handmade British charcuterie and craft beers in collaboration with The Charcuterie Board.
The out of focus menu lists all manner of by the slice opportunities – Slow Cooked Shoulder Ham, Air Dried Beef With Rosemary, Smoked Chump Ham, Wild Fennel & Garlic Saucisson, Chorizo and Wild Boar Salami. And if that’s not quite enough to tempt you, they can always offer you a good old Melton Mowbray Pork Pie. For you boozehounds, expect the likes of Kernal, Beavertwown, Gosnell’s Mead and Brick Brewery for choice.
If any of the above tickle your fancy Serious Pig HQ is open every Saturday 10am – 6pm at 221 Blenheim Grove, Peckham, SE15 4QL.
