Raspberry and Champagne Marshmallows by the Marshmallowist
Oonagh, aka The Marshmallowist is a fully trained pâtissièry chef. Working in London, she noticed the lack of excitement in marshmallows. So she set out her task of creating decadent marshmallows in grown-up flavours. The marshmallow in this month’s box uses premium rosé champagne and whole fruit raspberries. No flavourings, additives or preservatives are included in this delicious treat.

White Mulberries Muesli by The Ludlow Nut Company
Helen and Bob are the brains behind the Ludlow Nut Company. They both had corporate jobs in London, but 12 years ago escaped the city to build a life in Shropshire. Through a combined love of food and health and plans of starting a business together they set up their company in 2004.
This luxury muesli features white mulberries that give a light floral flavour with hints of vanilla. Mulberries are not only tasty but they are high in vitamin C calcium and protein. It is packed full of toasted cereals, mixed fruits and an assortment of nuts- a great morning treat!
Dark and Mint Chocolate Bar (Raw Halo)
Meg is the founder of Raw Halo, she believes clean eating should not come at a cost of life’s little luxuries. And we agree! Meg never uses any unnatural sweeteners and all her ingredients are organic.
Raw Halo produces the finest raw chocolate, giving you the benefits of antioxidants, magnesium and iron that come from raw cacoa. The bar we have chosen this month is combined with mint, a match made in heaven!
West Country Wild Venison Biltong (Woza Biltong)
Woza make incredible Biltong using venison in a true South African style. It is seasoned in with the classic mix of toasted coriander and cracked pepper, with a quirky hint of juniper berry. If you don’t know exactly what biltong is, see our previous blog post here
Woza use the wild venison to create a rich flavour- it’s so tasty you won’t realise how good it is for you! It is high in protein and iron and low in fat and cholesterol.
Organic Honey with Orange by Nuts4Honey
Nuts4Honey is a company dedicated to showcasing the delights of pure unadulterated honey. They produced unpasteurised, raw, cold pressed honey without no sugars. This honey is perfect for the honey lover and hater alike, after tasting this honey you will be converted!
We’ve chosen the honey with orange for a slight twist, perfect as a substitute to marmalade and it’s healthier for you!

Swati, mother of two girls is the inventor of Cheeky Foods. She was struck by the age old issue of not having enough time to cook meals from scratch and get everything else done in the day! Her solution was reinventing the chutney and sprinkle to add flavour to a dish in a flash. Cheeky proves that simple, handmade, wholesome food is delicious. These sesame seeds in your box pack a punch, once you try these you’ll be sprinkling everywhere!

The Bardsley Family have been in the pear growing industry for more than five generations. The pears are hand picked from the Weald of Kent, where the royal family consists of the Conference, Comice and Concorde pears. They all combine to produce a wonderfully refreshing juice drink, perfect for a sunny day.

Their philosophy is all about great tasting and versatile products. We’ve chosen their cranberry vodka & pepper dressing- try this with some avocados for a simple healthy snack.
Veg Crisps (Nim’s)
Nim’s was launched in November 2012 by Nimisha Raja. She noticed a lot of children like to snack on crisps because of the texture and crunchiness as much as for the taste. Here planted the seed of an idea to make healthy crisps, with the same crunchiness to satisfy those kids!
Nims has now launches a vegetable range with flavours including; Tomato & Cucumber, Peppers & Courgette or Beetroot & Parsnip. Enjoy!
